Lion Clubs are part of community life, in cities and country areas in Australia and around the world.

All Lions clubs in Australia come under the umbrella of Lions Australia and are a part of Lions International.  Lion Clubs are filled with people who are joined by the common desire to make their communities better, by using their creativity, enthusiasm and energy for the benefit of others.

"We Serve"

Clubs are easily identified by their distinctive Logo, the trademark of our International Association, and the 'We Serve'; motto.

Lions Croydon

The Lions Club of Croydon (Number 22974) was Chartered on 11 November 1964 with 27 members, having been sponsored by the then Lions Club of Ringwood. Since that time, Croydon Lions has subsequently sponsored the Lions Clubs of Lilydale, Sherbrooke, Montrose & District, the Leos Club of Croydon (Twice) and the Lions Club of State Parliament, Victoria.

The first 3 woman were inducted into the Club in 1989 and we hosted the 201V5 District Convention in 2003. During the clubs 50 year history, many of the Croydon members have served Lions and the community generally with distinction.
